The itinerary

Day 01

Mandalay to Innwa Biking and Ancient Heritage Tour

  • 8:00 AM - Meet your tourist guide and head to the starting point for biking.

  • Bike for 30 minutes, then take the jetty to Ava through the Myitnge River. Crossing the river by public boat, with the backdrop of two bridges, will be one of the fantastic experiences of the tour.

  • Arrive in Ava and bike to Bagaya Monastery and other ancient pagodas near the monastery. Then continue to Sinkyone Fortress, which was used during the Anglo-Burma War when the British came to invade Upper Myanmar in 1886.

  • Bike to Yadanar Simi Pagoda, Maenu Monastery, and the Nann Myint leaning watch tower. Then return to the jetty to cross back to the other riverbank and enjoy lunch with local foods.

The tour will end at 2:00 PM.
