Day 01

Hoa Lư and Tam Cốc Day Tour from Hanoi

07:50-08:20 - Your tour guide will pick you up at the suggested place around Hanoi Old Quarter.
Depart for Ninh Bình Province, located 100 km south of Hanoi. Take a short break en route.
Arrive at Hoa Lư, once known as the ancient capital of Vietnam, established in the 10th century.
Visit the temples of the Đinh and Lê Dynasties, noted for their unique old-time architecture.
Learn more about ancient culture as you explore the vestiges of the Royal Palace grounds dating back to the 10th century.
12:30 - Arrive at Tam Cốc. Relax and enjoy lunch at a nice nearby restaurant.
Board a sampan boat at Tam Cốc dock, with 2 people sharing a boat, and drift down the river among villages, mountains, and lush rice fields.
Pass through three caves - Hang Ca (First Cave), Hang Hai (Second Cave), and Hang Ba (Third Cave). The boat will then return to the dock for the bus drive back to Hanoi.
18:30 - Arrive in Hanoi.
