2-Day Ol Pejeta Conservancy Safari with Northern White Rhinos

• Pickup from your city hotel or airport after breakfast.

• Drive through the central Kenya Highlands, passing tea, coffee, banana, and pineapple plantations.

• Arrive at Ol Pejeta and continue to Sweetwaters Serena Tented Camp inside the conservancy.

• Have lunch and head out for your first game drive.

• Visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary and learn about these wonderful creatures rescued from several parts of the world.

• Proceed with the game drive in search of various wildlife. All of Africa's Big Five animals are present here, along with a healthy population of endangered rhinos.

• Visit the rhino cemetery, where the world-famous Sudan, the last male Northern white rhino, is buried.

• Continue with the game drive. If you are lucky, you may be able to spot the only two remaining Northern white rhinos, who live in a protected area within the conservancy.

• Return for dinner and an overnight stay at Sweetwaters Serena Camp in the evening.

Meal Plan: Lunch and Dinner.

• Head out for an early morning game drive, as this is the best time to catch the big cats and other predators heading out for their hunt. If the weather is good, a sunrise from Ol Pejeta is amazing. Scenic views of the nearby Mount Kenya peaks will impress all photographers.

• Return to the camp for breakfast and check out.

• Drive to Nairobi, with lunch taken en route.
