Day 1: Addis Ababa - Ankober
Meet your tour representative in Addis Ababa and drive to the 14th historical city Ankober from the northeast direction (160 km).
Accommodation: Local Hotel
Meals: Lunch and dinner

Day 2: Shewa Robit
Drive for 4 or 5 hours through the Ethiopian Highlands, at an altitude of 2000 to 2700 meters.
Come to the little town of Shewa Robit, located in the Semien Shewa Zone of the Amhara Region.
Accommodation: At a Local Hotel.

Day 3: Nora
Make your way to Nora, the ghost town that has everyone's attention piqued. Apart from the medieval mosque, nothing much is left of this town. The triple discovery of Nora, Asbari and Masal, sheds light on the extent of Muslim influence found in the core of the Ethiopian diaspora.
Head to the highest point of the site, a five meters high building that is said to be the main mosque of the abandoned city.

Day 4: Guassa
Drive to the Guassa Community Conservation Area, located along with one of the most significant historic routes in Ethiopia for spectacular Afromontane landscapes on the Guassa Plateau. You can experience the typical Ethiopian village lifestyle serenade you, as you step into the town.
Freshen up at the Guassa community lodge.
Head for a short trek to the nearby mountain top.

Day 5: Atsewiha-Cheguarit Meda
Hustle up early for a quick yet power-packed breakfast. Today is another eventful day as you trek on foot or mule back for around five or six hours from Regreg to Atse Wiha.
Savour this sensation of walking through an Afro-Alpine meadow, the highlight of this lovely trip.

Day 6: Addis Ababa
The last day of the trek often brings out a sense of wistfulness, as the end is never a good emotion to comprehend. Do not let that prevent you from enjoying a short stroll to the main road.
Head back to Addis Ababa with fresh memories in mind.
