Arrival in Bagan and Temple Sightseeing

  • Arrive in Bagan and meet your tour guide at an agreed-upon location.

  • Go to the significant Shwezigon Pagoda, built by King Anawrahta in the early 11th century as a religious shrine.

  • Visit Ku Byauk Gyi and Kay Min Ga temples, noted for their panoramic views of the area's numerous monuments.

  • Proceed to Ananda Temple to witness the four standing Buddha images.

  • Learn about the manufacturing of Myanmar's most treasured handicrafts during the afternoon.

  • Visit a lacquerware craftsmen's workshop in nearby Myinkaba village to marvel at the finely crafted objects.

  • Continue towards Manuha Temple, built in Mon style in 1059.

  • Explore Nanpaya Temple, a unique sandstone monument which, according to legend, used to be the palace site of King Manuha.
