The itinerary

Day 01

Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve

After breakfast, drive past the Central Highlands and the slopes of Mt Kenya all the way to Samburu National Reserve, the most popular destination in the Northern Circuit.
Head out for lunch, after which you are free to relax.
Proceed for your first game drive in the Samburu Reserve.
Be on the lookout for elephants, gerenuk, cheetah, leopard, zebras, and other animals found here.

Dinner and overnight at camp.

Day 02

Explore Samburu Reserve and Village

Explore the rugged terrain of Samburu in the morning.
Visit Samburu villages to learn about the preserved Samburu culture.
Head out for afternoon game drives, or even full-day game drives if you wish.
Look out for creatures such as the Nile crocodile, long-necked gerenuk, Grevy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, and even the elusive Kenyan leopard.

Day 03

Morning Game Drive and Return to Nairobi

Head out for an early morning game drive before sunset.
Spot the big cats and other predators lurking around.
Drive back to Nairobi, with lunch en route.
