Itinerary

1. Day 1: Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport

   • Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport and transfer to the hotel in Arusha. 

   • Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and rest before going for a short drive in the surroundings.

   • Have your dinner and overnight stay in the lodge.

2. Day 2: Arusha - Lake Manyara

   • Start the Tanzanian Safari as you drive from Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park with a picnic lunch en route.

   • Upon arrival, proceed for the game drive in this park. This small park is found on the base of great East African rift valley with a large diversity of animals, including both aquatic and terrestrial ones.

   • Drive back to the lodge for an overnight stay.

3. Day 3: Lake mManyara - Lake Natron

   • After breakfast, head down to Lake Natron. This is an important area for flamingoes.

   • Visit the Ngare Sero escapement within this ecosystem. This is home to the Masai tribe.

   • Drive back to the camp for overnight stay.

4. Day 4: Lake Natron - Serengeti National Park

   • After breakfast, go for a morning safari on your way to Serengeti via Loliondo Game Reserve.

   • Drive back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

5. Day 5: Serengeti Full-Day Drive

   • Go for a full day exploration near the ecosystem. Serengeti is famous for the annual migration of over one million wildebeest and innumerable zebras. It is also regarded as the best wildlife reserve in Africa due to its density of predators and availability of prey.

   • Enjoy an evening drive before dinner and overnight stay.

6. Day 6: Serengeti - Ngorongoro

   • After breakfast, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The safari will have an optional tour to visit Masai Village for a brief cultural tour. 

   • Proceed to Ngorongoro Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

7. Day 7: Ngorongoro - Karatu

   • After breakfast, travel to the crater floor for a half-day drive. The crater floor is home to a large number of species due to its richness in term of pasture and permanent water. 

   • Drive to Karatu town for an overnight stay.

8. Day 8: Karatu Town - Tarangire National Park

   • After breakfast, proceed with a morning game viewing within this rich ecosystem. 

   • After the morning game drive, drive back to the lodge for lunch.

   • Drive back to Arusha for dinner and overnight stay.

9. Day 9: Relaxing in Arusha

   • Explore the city of Arusha with your private Tanzanian tour guide.

   • Enjoy dinner and overnight stay.

10. Day 10: Flight from Arusha to Zanzibar

    • After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport.

    • Fly from Arusha to Zanzibar.

    • Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel.

    • Do dinner and overnight stay in Zanzibar.

11. Day 11: Zanzibar Beach Safari

    • Spend the day in Zanzibar and explore the amazing land scenery and visit various attractions.

    • Visit the Jozani Chwaka Bay National Park in Zanzibar Island.

12. Day 12: Visit to Stone Town and its Historical Sites

    • Make your way to Stone Town for spice tour.

    • Visit the historical sites in the old town before enjoying other activities like scuba diving and snorkelling.

13. Day 13: End of the Tour

    • Transfer to the airport for departure.
