Itinerary

Day 1: Kathmandu Arrival (1350m/4428ft)
Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal and meet up with your English-speaking guide.
Spend the night at your hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 2: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing
Embark on a half-day tour of old Kathmandu city, its Durbar square, myriad temples, including the temple residence of the Living Goddess, Kumari.
Proceed on to Swayambhunath Stupa, a Buddhist Stupa perched on a hillock 77 meters above the valley floor and offering a bird’s eye view of the Kathmandu City.
Take a tour of Patan in the afternoon, also known as Lalitpur or the “city of beauty”, the oldest city in the valley.
Spend the night at your hotel in Kathmandu. A breakfast meal is included.

Day 3: Kathmandu to Lukla to Phakding (2,651m/8,700ft)
Take an early morning flight (40 minutes) to Lukla and meet the rest of the crew members to start the trek.
Hike to Phakding via Cheplung village (3-4 hours trek) from where you get a magnificent view of Mt. Khumbila, a sacred mountain which has never been summited.
Spend the night at Phakding.

Day 4: Phakding to Namche (3,438m/11,280 ft)
Continue your walk on the trail that goes north up the Benkar valley.
Cross Dudh Koshi River and pass through the Chumoa and Monjo's villages will lead to the Everest National Park entrance.
Pass Jorsale village crossing a suspension bridge and walk alongside the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers.
Continue this 5 – 6 hours trek ascending on a steep trail and reach Namche Bazaar to stay the night.

Day 5: Acclimatisation Day at Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,284ft)
Explore Namche Bazaar and hike up to Sagarmatha National Park to enjoy the sunrise over the Himalayas including Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Kongde and so on.
Trek to Khumjung village for acclimatisation.
Spend the night in Namche Bazaar.

Day 6: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m/12,694ft)
- Indulge in an easy 5-6 hours trek until Phunki, and ascend towards Tengboche village exploring the famous Tengboche monastery, the biggest monastery of the Everest region.
Get under a spell of beauty as the monastery is blessed with panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam and Thamserku.
Spend the night in Tengboche.

Day 7: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360 m/14,300 ft)
Walk downhill to Debuche and cross the Imja River to reach Pangboche.
Continue this 5 – 6 hours trek passing through the upper Pangboche trail and exploring the Pangboche Monastery.
Walk to Dingboche via Imja Valley and Lobuche River.
Spend the night at Dingboche.

Day 8: Dingboche Acclimatisation Day
Spend the day acclimating your body by hiking to a hill about four hours behind Dingboche to view the world’s tallest peaks, including Lhotse, Makalu and Cho Oyu.
Spend the night at Dingboche.

Day 9: Dingboche to Lobuche (4,900 m)
Walk around for about 7 hours (9 km) along the Himalayan trail.
Head towards the famous base camp of the world’s tallest peak exploring the breathtaking and magnificent views of the mountains.
Continue on the trail via Dughla pass to the mountain village of Lobuche for an overnight stay.

Day 10: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5160 m) to Everest Base Camp (5365 m)
Continue the trek to Everest Base camp, walking a long day nearly 12 hours (17 km) to Gorakshep.
After reaching Gorak shep, check-in at the lodge, have lunch and walk to the Base Camp to enjoy amazing views of Nuptse, Khumbuste and Pumori mountains.
Walk back to Gorakshep from the base camp for an overnight stay.

Day 11: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5555 m) to Pheriche (4200 m)
Climb up to the trek's highest point, Kala Patthar, for a magnificent view of the world’s tallest Everest and several other mountains like Lingtren, Khumbutse, and Changtse mountains.
Spend some time at the summit of Kala Patthar, then walk back to Gorak Shep for lunch which is relatively easier than hiking up to Kala Patthar.
After lunch, hike down to Pheriche to spend the night.

Day 12: Pheriche to Tyangboche (3800 m)
Trek down to Thyangboche, walking around 4 hours (9 km).
Spend the night at Thyangboche.

Day 13: Tyangboche to Monjo (2800 m)
- Trek from Tyangboche to Monjo via Namche Bazaar, walking around 6 hours (14km).

Day 14: Monjo to Lukla (2,800 m)
- Trek to Lukla walking around 6 hours and cover a distance of 12km.
Overnight stay in Lukla.

Day 15: Lukla to Kathmandu (1400 m)
Catch an early morning flight to Kathmandu after the long mountain journey. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, head to your hotel.
Go out for a cultural dinner in the evening.

Day 16: Departure
- Fly off to home on the last day of the tour. The only meal included is breakfast.
