Departure from your hotel in Panama City in direction to Puerto Carti, drive on the Pan-American and then start to drive up in through the mountains and rainforests.
Seize this opportunity to stretch up, use the only convenient store/restaurant bathroom and buy your self any thing you need and want including breakfast.
Once you have reached the port put your live vest on and board the small embarkation to the first San Blas and to the first Island.
