Krusedol Monastery, Sremski Karlovci and Novi Sad
Pickup at 10 am from your hotel in Belgrade and drive to the Vojvodina Province.
Visit Krusedol Monastery from the 16th century, one of the most valuable Serbian Orthodox monasteries, which was declared a Monument of Culture of Exceptional Importance in 1990.
Continue to Sremski Karlovci, a small Baroque town where the Treaty of Karlowitz was signed at the end of the Great Turkish War in 1699.
Learn about local history at the Chapel of Peace, followed by time to explore the streets of the town.
Arrive at a wine cellar and enjoy a tasting of famous wines from this region.
Head to Novi Sad and its famous Petrovaradin Fortress, where the Exit music festival is held every summer. Novi Sad city centre has a number of noteworthy buildings and monuments, mostly in the Baroque style, along with some excellent museums and art galleries.
Explore the city centre and take a lunch break.
Return to Belgrade at approximately 6 pm.
