Registration & Safety Briefing

What to bring

Footwear: you must wear sturdy, closed shoes, such as trainers or hiking shoes. Do not wear loose flip-flops or slip-on sandals, as they may fall into the raging Zambezi River below. If you arrive in flip-flops, operators will require you to remove them and jump barefoot.
Clothing: wear comfortable, breezy clothing that permits unrestricted movement but provides sufficient coverage to prevent the full-body harness from chafing against your skin. Avoid loose skirts or dresses.
Secure loose items: empty your pockets completely. Remove all loose jewelry, sunglasses, and hats. Anything that falls into the fast-flowing Zambezi below is irretrievable.
Hair: longer hair must be securely tied back away from your face and the harness rigging.
Sun & bug protection: apply sunscreen liberally before gearing up. The jump itself lasts seconds, but the retrieval pulley takes several minutes to hoist you back up, exposing you directly to the intense African sun. Bring mosquito repellent as well.

Know before you go

You will be weighed at check-in to confirm load capacity before harness fitting.
Solo weight range: 40 kg to 140 kg (88 lbs to 308 lbs).
Tandem weight maximum: up to 180 kg (396 lbs) combined capacity for a two-person jump.
Age limits: the minimum age is 6 years old for the cliff-based canyon swing, but increases to 14 years old if you choose the border-based Bridge Swing. Minor jumpers under 16/18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign the indemnity waiver.
