3-Day Maasai Mara Jeep Safari from Nairobi with Enchoro Camp

DAY 1: NAIROBI - SAFARI PARK

Morning

Your safari begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel, residence, airport, or another agreed location in Nairobi.

After a short briefing with your safari guide, depart Nairobi and drive toward the selected national park or reserve. Along the way, enjoy views of the Kenyan countryside, local villages, farms, and dramatic landscapes.

A stop may be made along the way for refreshments or photography.

Afternoon

Arrive at the safari destination around midday and proceed to your lodge or tented camp for check-in.

Enjoy lunch and some time to relax before your first afternoon game drive.

Afternoon Game Drive

Depart for your first game drive at approximately 3:00 PM.

Your experienced driver-guide will take you through different sections of the park in search of wildlife.

Evening

Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Early Morning

Wake up early for tea or coffee and a light breakfast before heading out for an early morning game drive.

The early morning is one of the best times for wildlife viewing because many animals are active before the temperatures become hot.

Your guide will search for wildlife and explain the behavior, habitats, and ecosystem of the animals you encounter.

An optional visit to experience the balloon safari can be arranged at the crack of dawn, followed by a champagne breakfast.

Mid-Morning

Continue exploring the park, with opportunities for photography and wildlife observation.

Depending on the park and package selected, you may visit scenic viewpoints, rivers, waterholes, or other areas where animals commonly gather.

Lunch

Enjoy a picnic lunch in an authorized area or return to the lodge, depending on the day's itinerary.

After lunch, continue with the game drive.

Afternoon

Spend the afternoon exploring more of the reserve.

This is another opportunity to look for animals that were not seen during the morning drive. Your guide will use knowledge of the park and recent wildlife movements to maximize your chances of seeing different species.

Evening

Return to your camp, freshen up, and enjoy dinner.

Spend the evening relaxing around the camp or lodge while enjoying the sounds of the African wilderness.

Wake up early and enjoy breakfast. Later, visit the Maasai village to learn about their traditions and culture at an extra cost. Thereafter, depart for Nairobi.

Arrive in Nairobi in the afternoon or evening, depending on road and traffic conditions.

You will be dropped off at your hotel, residence, airport, or another agreed location.
