Day by day
At 7:30 am, you will be picked up from your hotel in Nairobi or from the airport in Nairobi. Drive south-east towards Amboseli National Park, a journey of approximately 5 hours. On arrival, check in, have lunch, and relax. Later in the afternoon, head out for a game drive until sunset, then return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Have an early breakfast at the camp. After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive in Amboseli National Park with a packed lunch. Amboseli is dominated by large herds of African elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, and flamingoes at Lake Amboseli, which is slowly forming in the park. Predators from the cat family, such as lions and cheetahs, are not guaranteed to be spotted here. Enjoy all of this with the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. Thereafter, return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Have an early breakfast at the camp. After breakfast, check out and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. On arrival, check in, have lunch, and relax. After lunch, head out on an afternoon game drive with views of the famous tree-climbing lions, endangered black rhinos, giraffes, and a wide variety of birdlife with Lake Nakuru in the background. Thereafter, return to the budget hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Have an early breakfast at the hotel. Check out and drive to Masai Mara National Reserve, which is approximately 5 hours from Lake Nakuru National Park. Arrive in time for check-in, lunch, and relaxation. After lunch, head out for an afternoon game drive until the African sunset. Then return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Have an early breakfast at the camp. After breakfast, embark on a full-day game drive with a packed lunch. During the day, you will get to see the Big Five of Africa - lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffalos - in their natural habitat, along with many more wildlife species in the wild savannah of Masai Mara National Reserve. A picnic lunch is taken in the wild by the hippo pool. Then return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.
Have an early morning breakfast, with an optional Maasai village visit. Then check out and drive to Nairobi, arriving at around 5:00 pm, with drop-off at your hotel.
