Continue to Saint Hripsime Church, one of Armenia's finest examples of early Christian architecture, before visiting the nearby Saint Gayane Church, both closely connected to the story of Armenia's conversion to Christianity.

Afternoon: The Mother See & Armenian Traditions

Explore the Mother Cathedral of Holy Etchmiadzin, the spiritual center of the Armenian Apostolic Church and one of the world's oldest Christian cathedrals.
Stop for lunch at Machanents House, a unique social enterprise and cultural center where you can enjoy traditional Armenian cuisine. Guests interested in a more immersive experience can also book optional masterclasses in lavash baking, dolma making, pottery, carpet weaving, painting, and other traditional Armenian crafts.
