The itinerary

Day 01

From Panama City to Capira

Departure from Panama City to Capira and then to the Cocoa Community.

Day 02

Transfer from the community to the Mountains for hiking to the waterfalls – Duration 30 minutes

Once reached the community switch to a different 4x4 transportation typical of the area.

Day 03

Mountains hikes and Waterfall – Duration 2 hours total

Hike up in the mountains in direction of the waterfalls, once reach swimming in and relax. Also enjoy the landscape view as the sightseeing from the mountains is phenomenal.

Day 04

Transfer back to the main stop – Duration 30 minutes

Drive back to the community after the hiking and swimming in the waterfalls.

Day 05

Lunch stop
