A walk through diversity
Meet your guide in the meeting point in central Helsinki and drive approximately 50 min to the nature reserve of Porkkala archipelago.
After arrival, this easy-going excursion begins with a look at the nature reserves map and a brief introduction about the area.
Our walk begins on a forest trail leading to an open-rock area which is the first display of the many diverse areas. This area will give us the opportunity to see what effects coastal weather has on the nearby forest.
Shortly after, we find ourselves with a picturesque coastal view. There will be an hour lunch break with free time to explore the Baltic Sea. After lunch, your journey will continue through the forests back to the starting point.
After some free-time exploration and lunch it is time to head back to civilization refreshed from this wholesome nature experience.
The walk is easygoing and in total of 3km.
