Then, continue to the Puritama Hot Springs, whose waters are heated underground by the Putana Volcano and emerge from inside the ravine.

Ascend to around 3,500 metres to spend time in the Puritama Hot Springs (Puri = Water, Tama = Hot), where eight pools have water temperatures that fluctuate between 28ºC and 32ºC.

Cactus Valley Hike and Puritama Hot Springs

Meet your guide at the agreed-upon location in San Pedro de Atacama for pick-up and transfer to the starting point of the trek.
Begin with a hike through the Cactus Valley, where many of the cactus species are more than 150 years old.
