Day 01

Ta Gu Waterfalls, Tu Van Temple, and Coastal Mountain Scenery

  • Drive along the seashore and cliffs, passing small villages and vast rice fields.

  • Stop anywhere you'd like so you can enjoy the scenic views and take photos at leisure.

  • Visit the Tu Van Temple and the sin purification labyrinth, a place rarely featured on tours in this area. Located 50 km from Nha Trang, the large temple and labyrinth are made entirely from coral and decorated with seashells. They call it the "dragon's maze" or "sin purification labyrinth." The monks believe that after going through the maze, you'll purify your soul from sins. This maze symbolizes the circles of Hell. Truly religious people and monks pass through it in darkness. You're not a Buddhist monk, so you can turn on the flashlight of your phone and get ready for an uncommon adventure.

  • Proceed to Ta Gu Waterfall, located in a less-than-convenient spot, which is why regular tourist agencies often skip this wonderful place altogether. If you are fond of places with untouched nature, this is a rewarding stop at the largest waterfall in Khanh Hoa province.

  • Swim in the mountain lake and even try to climb the cliff of the waterfall.

  • Stop for lunch while enjoying the wild nature.
