Acropolis, Agora and Plaka Walking Tour
Visit the famous Acropolis Hill to see the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the Temple of Athena Nike, the monumental gateway Propylaea, the Erechtheum, and the Parthenon, the main temple dedicated to the virgin goddess Athena.
Head towards the New Acropolis Museum.
Stop at a traditional Greek tavern to taste authentic Greek dishes in the neighbourhood of Plaka.
Walk through the famous Andrianou Street, ending at the flea market.
Continue to the Roman Agora, the Tower of the Winds, and the Ancient Agora, which is considered the birthplace of democracy, philosophy, and free speech.
Proceed to the Temple of Hephaestus, the best-preserved temple in Greece, still standing largely as originally built, and a small museum housed under the Portico of Attalos.
