The itinerary

Day 01

Hyderabad's Historic Forts, Palaces and Bazaars

Meet your tour guide at a designated point and, after a brief introduction, begin the tour.

Visit Golkonda Fort, a fortified citadel and an early capital city of the Qutb Shahi dynasty.

Continue to the Qutb Shahi Tombs, located in Ibrahim Bagh close to the famous Golconda Fort. They contain tombs and mosques built by the various kings of the Qutb Shahi dynasty.

Then visit Chowmahallah Palace, Nizam's Museum, or Salarjung Museum, depending on the day. Please note that Salarjung Museum is closed on Fridays.

See Charminar, a symbol of Hyderabad and one of the most recognised structures in India. It is both a monument and a mosque.

Visit Mecca Mosque, a congregational mosque.

End with Laad Bazaar, a very old market of Hyderabad that is popular for bangles.
