Itinerary

1. Luxor Nile Cruise

   • Arrive at Luxor Airport.

   • Accompany your tour guide on an amazing excursion along the East Bank of the River Nile in Luxor to the most famous historical sights known as Karnak and Luxor Temples.

   • Once your guided tour is complete, drive off to the Nile cruise ship in Luxor.

   • Enjoy all the meals while cruising over the Nile river. 

2. Luxor Nile Cruise

   • Have the opportunity to enjoy a lovely breakfast on the Nile cruise boat in Luxor.

   • Head off to the West Bank with your tour guide for an incredible journey back into ancient Egyptian history.

   • See the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Learn about the ancient history of these spots. 

   • Drive back to the cruise ship in Luxor.

   • Spend the afternoon sailing along the river to Edfu via the interesting Esna Lock where you will have the opportunity to observe local life and take some memorable photographs.

   • Arrive at Esna, enjoy your superb dinner on board and sleep overnight on the cruise. 

3. Kom Ombo and Edfu Temples

   • After your breakfast has been served onboard, start a fascinating tour with your knowledgeable guide to Horus Temple at Edfu.

   • Follow the visit with a drive back to the cruise.

   • Sail on to Kom Ombo.

   • Move on to Aswan past the spectacular Aswan Bridge into the fascinating lights of the Aswan Tombs of the Nobles with dinner and stay on the cruise. 

4. Aswan Nile Cruise

   • An exciting day awaits you after breakfast.

   • Leave for an amazing tour to visit the High Dam, the Unfinished Obelisk and the Temple of Philae.

   • Drive to your Nile cruise boat in Aswan for lunch, afternoon tea and overnight stay. 

5. Aswan / Optional Abu Simbel Temple

   • Free time to explore the lovely city of Aswan with its famous Nubian culture.

   • Drop off to Aswan Airport/ train station for your departure. 

   • Optional excursion to Abu Simbel (highly recommended) from Aswan by private air-conditioned vehicle or by Egypt air to explore the impressive temples of King Ramses II and Queen Nefertari, the temple of Abu Simbel and then back to Aswan.
