Pick up from your hotel to see two of the most impressive temples in Egypt - Karnak and Luxor.
The great Temple of Karnak is dedicated to the god Amun-Re, creator of the universe. It's hard not to be overwhelmed by the 134 columns above you, like an ancient forest. After a rest stop at the Sacred Lake,
Visit the other great Temple of Luxor, once linked to Karnak and originally built as a summer palace for the god Amun. Luxor Temple survived Nile floods, foreign invasions, and thousands of years of exposure to the elements. It is a pure Egyptian temple. Both of these extensive complexes comprise the largest open-air museum in the world, with their great columns, chapels, halls, and courtyards.
After that, I will take you back to the hotel. Please let me know if you have any particular preferences.
