Pick up from your hotel accompanied by a driver and a local guide, then head to a local house to take part in the injera baking challenge and experience an Ethiopian coffee ceremony.
Bake spongy injera with locals, enjoy a full Ethiopian coffee ceremony, and taste Ethiopia's famous foods and drinks in three restaurants - sampling vegetarian dishes, beef dishes, and fresh fish - as well as a tej bet to taste Ethiopian honey wine and a fruit juice house.

Set off on foot to a restaurant serving our favorite vegetarian dishes in the country.
Walk through the neighborhoods and learn lots of information about Addis Ababa and the history and culture of the country.
Visit a famous meat house followed by a fish restaurant.
Refuel with some coffee and enjoy a fresh juice for dessert. At every stop, we'll try beers from different parts of the country.
