The itinerary

Day 01

Pulau Kemaro and Palembang Riverside Highlights

Start by heading to Plasa Benteng Kuto Besak to visit significant attractions like Ampera Bridge, Tugu Iwak Belido, and Benteng Kuto Besak. An early start to the day means we can also witness the sunrise with a view of the Musi River and Ampera Bridge.
Enjoy lunch at a riverside restaurant/floating house (boat) or a traditional restaurant at noon (optional).
Proceed for a visit to Pulau Kemaro at 1:30 pm.
Head back to Plasa Benteng Kuto Besak. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and get some rest.
Eat dinner and then prepare to visit Sudirman Street to witness performances by local artists.
At 8:00 pm, indulge in a memorable experience of Lorong Basah Culinary Night.

Day 02

Bàba Boentjit Market and Cultural Sights

At 06:00 am, have breakfast. Visit Kambang Iwak Park (optional: jogging on Car Free Day, Sudirman Street).
Indulge in window shopping at Pasar 16 and visit Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Museum.
Have lunch at noon and then proceed to Pasar Bàba Boentjit by ketek/getek boat along the famous fish monument, Tugu Iwak Belido.
At 4:00 pm, proceed to Plasa BKB and visit Gudang Boentjit and Sekanak Besolek.
At 5:30 pm, head back to the hotel.
