The itinerary

Day 01

Yangon to Bogalay and Mein Ma Hla Kyun Sanctuary

Pick up from your hotel and drive for about 4 hours to Bogalay in a private A/C car.
Arrive and have lunch at a typical local restaurant.
Then check in at the Forestry Department and register for your visit to Mein Ma Hla Kyun Wildlife Sanctuary.
Afterwards, take a 2 1/2-hour boat ride to the island. En route, enjoy the natural surroundings and the way of life of the fishermen, explore a channel on the island to see crocodiles, and do some bird watching.
After that, arrive at Freda Eco Lodge.
Explore a channel at night to see crocodiles and have a chance to spot fireflies on the mangrove trees.
Return to Freda.

Day 02

Wildlife Exploration and Kayaking at Mein Ma Hla Kyun

Have breakfast at Freda Eco Lodge, then, according to the tide situation, explore some channels around the island to see crocodiles and do bird watching. With some luck, you may also see the Ayarwaddy Dolphin.
Go kayaking around the island.
Then return to Freda, have lunch, and take a short break.
Take a walk in the Byone Mwe Mangrove Garden and explore some channels to see crocodiles in the afternoon.
Afterwards, return to Freda, have dinner, and stay overnight.

Day 03

Kadone Fishermen Village Excursion

Have breakfast at Freda Eco Lodge.
Explore different channels to see crocodiles and take a boat ride of about 2 hours to Kadone fishermen village.
Arrive and stroll through the village to the market, see the people's way of life, and take a walk to the village beach.
Then return to Freda, take a short break, and explore the channels to see crocodiles in the afternoon.
Afterwards, return to Freda Eco Lodge, have dinner, and stay overnight.

Day 04

Mein Ma Hla Kyun to Bogalay and Yangon

Have breakfast at Freda Eco Lodge.
Then take a boat ride to Bogalay to begin your return to Yangon.
En route, explore the channels for another chance to see crocodiles.
Arrive in Bogalay and check in at the Forestry Department to inform them of your departure.
Have lunch at a restaurant and drive back to Yangon.
Then transfer to your hotel in Yangon.
