See the best of Indonesia on this 12-day excursion, starting in Jakarta with a stop at Sunda Kelapa Old Harbour. Explore major attractions such as Ciater Hot Spring, Dieng Plateau, Borobudur Temple, Prambanan Temple, Coban Rondo Waterfall, and several small villages while learning about the country's culture. Drive up to the Tangkuban Perahu volcano, enjoy a ferry ride across the Bali Strait, and ride horseback to Mount Bromo.
By minivan and horseback, we reach Bromo Volcano (Mt. Bromo) to experience the magnificence of sunrise over Java.

Day by day
Upon arrival at Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you to Bogor for overnight accommodation.
On the way, we will make a short stop at Sunda Kelapa Old Harbour.
In the morning, go on a two-hour village trek to admire the atmosphere of a West Javanese village before proceeding to Puncak, where a visit to one of the many tea plantations has been arranged.
Following lunch, pass the summer Presidential Palace (1750) at Cipanas and continue to Bandung, the capital of West Java.
Enjoy a full-day tour exploring the area around Bandung and the city itself, including a visit to Tangkuban Perahu, which means the hulk of an overturned boat. At this volcano, we can drive right up to the rim to see the breathtaking view of the active volcano and its smouldering crater.
Continue our journey to the crater and its hot sulphur spring, which is believed to be good for healing rheumatism and skin problems.
Enjoy your swim in the pool with warm sulphur water.
In the afternoon, we will visit the Angklung Music School during performances and see the Angklung Orchestra performed by school children of different ages.
In the morning, transfer to the train station. A ride on the local train with local people, escorted by the guide, will be a wonderful experience.
Upon arrival at the train station in Banjar or Kutoarjo, continue the journey by coach for about 2 to 3 hours to Wonosobo.
Enjoy a leisurely drive to Dieng Plateau. This 2,093-metre-high plateau has a variety of interesting scenery.
You will see dramatic mountain views and visit some older Hindu temples and the crater along the journey.
After enjoying lunch, take a leisurely drive through the town of Magelang to Yogyakarta.
En route, we will visit the magnificent Borobudur Temple, one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
A full-day city tour and visit to Prambanan Temple will explore the rich life of Yogyakarta, including the Kraton Yogyakarta Sultan's Palace and a batik home industry.
Then proceed to Kota Gede, the original home of Yogya's silverware.
In the afternoon, visit Prambanan Temple, the temple of the "Slender Virgin".
Continue the journey to Malang, East Java. We will pass through Solo and Madiun.
Late in the afternoon, arrive in Malang, where we will stay for two nights.
Visit Coban Rondo Waterfall. Batu is a beautiful mountain resort set high on the southern slope of Mt. Arjuna.
Also, visit a ceramic home industry and the Old City of Malang.
Morning free for leisure.
In the afternoon, continue the drive to Mt. Bromo for an overnight stop.
Overnight in Bromo at Grand Bromo Hotel or Bromo Cottage.
An early morning optional tour to Mt. Bromo.
By minivan and horseback, we reach Bromo Volcano (Mt. Bromo) to experience the magnificence of sunrise over Java. This apocalyptic-like experience will richly reward the effort of rising before dawn.
After the Bromo sunrise tour, return to the hotel for breakfast.
Continue your journey to Kalibaru, a small village with natural beauty and various types of plantation.
A full day is free for leisure, and an orientation small plantation tour will be provided.
An optional big plantation tour includes lunch.
We can also arrange for you to see the plantation and visit the rubber factory.
Passing through Banyuwangi, we will drive to Ketapang for a ferry ride across the Bali Strait.
Then, via Gilimanuk, we will drive to Ubud for overnight accommodation at your pre-booked hotel.
