The itinerary

Day 01

Nagano Snow Monkey Park and Jigokudani Discovery

Pick up from your hotel at 8:30 AM and transfer to Nagano to visit the Snow Monkey Park.
Explore the Snow Monkey Park, located near the base of Joshinetsu Kogen National Park and home to a very special, lively troop of friendly monkeys.
Visit Jigokudani and explore its hot steam vents, sulfurous streams, and other volcanic activity. This area is the main source of Noboribetsu's hot springs.
If you are so inclined, you may choose to extend your trip by one day to visit the Onsen hot springs and indulge in skiing.
Enjoy dinner and then transfer back to the hotel.
