Day 01

Mehriz, Saryazd and Fahraj Desert Heritage Tour

In the morning, drive to Mehriz, 35 km from Yazd.
Visit Pahlavanpour Garden, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. See the water passing through the mud-brick building and tall trees, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
Drive to Saryazd, an old village in the desert. Visit two caravanserais and the castle, which was built during the Sassanid period as a place to protect jewels.
Next, visit Fahraj, an ancient small city in the middle of the desert. Here, visit the oldest Jame mosque in Iran, which dates back 1,350 years.
