Day 01

Explore the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort in Agra

Pick-up at 6:00 am from your hotel, airport, or railway station in New Delhi.
Meet your driver and proceed towards Agra in a private air-conditioned vehicle. The journey takes around 3-4 hours and covers approximately 235 km.
Visit the Taj Mahal, the magnificent UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of India's top attractions. This ivory-white marble mausoleum stands on the south bank of the Yamuna river in Agra. It was commissioned in 1631 by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan, who reigned from 1628 to 1658, to house the tomb of his favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal.
Enjoy lunch at a luxurious local restaurant around 1:00 pm.
Visit Agra Fort, a historic fort that served as the main residence of the emperors of the Mughal Dynasty until 1638, when the capital was shifted from Agra to Delhi.
