Podgorica Old Town and Gorica Hill Walk

Meet the group at Bećir Beg Osmanagić Square.
Visit two mosques in the Old Town, Osmanagića Mosque and Starodoganjska Mosque, the oldest active mosque in Podgorica.
Continue to Skaline, where the Ribnica flows into the Morača.
See the Municipality building, the National Theatre, and Independence Square.
Stroll through the famous pedestrian street called Hercegovačka.
Continue towards Pod Goricom National Stadium.
Visit the Church of St George, the oldest active Orthodox church in Montenegro.
Finish the tour on Gorica Hill.

Know before you go

If you enjoy walking and discovering the city on foot, the Podgorica walking tour is an excellent choice.
We will pass through Podgorica's old town, Stara Varoš. We will also visit the confluence of the city's two rivers and see Podgorica's parks, squares, and bridges.
If you are comfortable with a longer walk, the tour can be extended to include Gorica Hill, the city's most important park forest, often referred to as the "lungs of the city".
If needed, hotel transfers to and from the city centre can be arranged.
