• Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of Buddha.

• Get picked up early in the afternoon from Nanu Oya railway station, then transfer to the tea factory hotel in Kandapola.

• After breakfast, explore the resort town of Nuwara Eliya, also known as 'Little England'. The town lies near a small lake and is surrounded by mountains covered with tea bushes.

• Later, get the opportunity to visit the tea factory and taste one of the finest teas in the world.

• Early in the morning, have breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and transfer from Kandapola to Tientsin Bungalow in Hatton.

• On the way, have lunch at a restaurant of your choice and visit Tientsin, one of the first bungalows to be built in the Ceylon tea country. Named after the Chinese village from where the original tea seeds came, this spacious British residence is now a historical landmark.

• Upon arrival, relax in the tranquil gardens or walk along the century-old tea trails.

• After an early breakfast or in the late evening, proceed to Siripada (Sacred Footprint), or Samanala Kanda (Butterfly Mountain), objects of worship and pilgrimage for centuries, later referred to as Adam's Peak by the British.

• Watching the dawn from Siripada is a surreal experience. On clear days, you can also see the peak's shadow on the surrounding forest canopy as the sun rises. In December, the pilgrim season begins on the poya (full moon monthly Buddhist holiday) and runs until April.

• On the way, stop at the plantation hotel for lunch. Optional white water rafting is available.
