Visit Red Fort, built during the 17th century by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. See the Diwan-e-Am (Hall for the public audience), Rang Mahal (a water-cooled apartment of royal ladies), and Pearl Mosque inside the fort complex.
See the two famous gates around the region: the Delhi Gate and the Lahori Gate, the main entrance to the Red Fort.
Next, visit Humayun's Tomb. The construction of the monument was commissioned by Haji Begum, the first wife and widow of Mughal Emperor Humayun, several years after his death to commemorate his memory.
Visit Qutub Minar, an outstanding building in the southern part of the capital, built by Qutab-Ud-Din Aibak in 1192 A.D.
Later, drive past India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhavan (President House).
