Day 01

Vardzia, Fortresses and Borjomi National Park

Climb the 10th-century Atskuri Fortress, which has witnessed many battles between the Ottoman occupants and the Georgian army.
Continue to the Vardzia rock-cut cave monastery, which has been presented to UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
Move on to the old stone Rabati Fortress in Akhaltsikhe, a 13th-century military city and fortress.
Climb Khertvisi Fortress, which belongs to the Georgian feudal period and is one of the oldest fortresses in the area.
Stroll through the beautiful surroundings of the Borjomi mineral water park and resort.
Return to Tbilisi in the evening.
