The itinerary

Day 01

Lahore to Khanpur Rocks via Taxila

  • On Saturday morning, drive from Lahore via the Grand Trunk Road to Khanpur Rocks near Khanpur Lake, about 50 km from Islamabad, via Taxila. Khanpur Rocks are popular in Pakistan for climbing and basic rock training.

  • Spend the day among the rocks to improve your rock climbing and rappelling skills.

  • After lunch at the rocks, drive for 20 minutes to the Margalla Caves for caving. At the Margalla Caves, enter an already explored and safe area and spend about an hour inside.

  • After a day full of adventure, drive back to the camp at Khanpur Lake.

Day 02

Khanpur Lake Adventure and Return to Lahore

  • On Sunday, spend two hours on the rocks and one hour in the cave.

  • Participate in many other adventure sports such as cliff jumping, boating, jet ski, and archery.

  • After lunch, drive back to Lahore.
