Day 01

Islamabad to Mingora, Swat

  • 05:00 am: Pickup from Islamabad.

  • 07:00 am: Drive to Mingora, Swat.

  • 13:00 pm: Halt for lunch at Abbottabad.

  • 16:40 pm: Arrive in Mingora, check in at the hotel, and visit the historical places.

  • 20:00 pm: Have dinner at a riverside restaurant in Swat.

  • 23:00 pm: Travel back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 02

Mingora to Kalam and Husho Forest

  • 08:00 am: Have breakfast at the hotel.

  • 09:00 am: Drive to Kalam.

  • 14:00 pm: Arrive in Kalam, have lunch at the hotel, and then visit the Husho Forest.

  • 18:00 pm: Travel back to the hotel for tea and snacks.

  • 20:00 pm: Dinner at the hotel and overnight stay.

Jeep Ride to Moudent Lake and Camp Activities

  • 08:00 am: Have breakfast at the hotel.

  • 10:00 am: Go on a jeep drive to Moudent Lake.

  • 13:00 pm: Arrive at the camp, attend a briefing, and enjoy free time.

  • 14:00 pm: Have lunch at the camp, go boating, and enjoy jungle trek activities.

  • 19:00 pm: Drive back to camp and relax.

  • 20:00 pm: Take part in a camp survival competition, cooking, tent pitching, and set up a bonfire.

  • 23:00 pm: Enjoy DJ and music at the camp.

Jungle Walk, Cable River Crossing, and Mingora

Payment Procedure:

  • 100% advance on date block and confirmation of services, a minimum of 03 weeks before commencement of the event.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 06 working days or less: 100% cancellation charge.

  • 07 to 10 working days: 50% or the equivalent of the first two days' charges.

  • 12 working days or more: no cancellation charges, provided there are no commitments or advances.

Important Factors:

  • Personal effects for warm, windy, and rainy conditions should be carried by clients. Insect repellent, sunblock lotion, etc. are recommended for the nature trail.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Using drugs or being found party to drug sale or possession is strictly prohibited. If anyone is found or caught using any drug on buses or during the trip, they will be expelled from the trip immediately and will not be eligible for any refund.

  • The host reserves the right to cancel the trip without prior notice for any reason deemed appropriate. In such a case, the registered participants will receive a full refund.

  • On an adventure trip of this type, weather, local politics, transport, or a multitude of other factors beyond the organisers' control can result in a change of itinerary. It is unlikely that the itinerary would be substantially altered; if alterations are necessary, the Leader of the group and Guide will decide on the best alternative, considering the best interests of the whole group. Smoking in the transport is strictly prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to terminate any participant due to indiscipline.

  • Members shall not indulge in any act reflecting moral or character failing during the activities.

  • Members must respect the authority of an organizer.

  • Each participant should treat other team members with respect.

  • Special respect towards families and female members should be exercised.

  • All members should give due care to the local environment.

  • All members should help keep the place clean.

  • The organizers reserve the right to use event photos for electronic and digital media.

  • Read the services not included.

Note:

  • Participants must hold a valid Computerized CNIC/Passport Card.

  • Time management is strictly recommended.

  • Participants are advised to use non-slippery shoes, boots, joggers, or DMS. Participants must not wear heels or dress shoes.

  • On steep ascends in mountainous areas, air-conditioned buses will be operational on an on-off basis to keep the vehicles from overheating.

  • We will not be responsible for any injury, damage, or loss.
