Windsor Castle and Hampton Court Palace

Proceed to Windsor Castle. Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world and the official residence of Her Majesty the Queen. Its rich history spans almost 1,000 years. The castle covers about 5 hectares and contains magnificent State Apartments furnished with treasures from the Royal Collection. Visit St George's Chapel, one of the most beautiful ecclesiastical buildings in England and the burial place of 10 monarchs. Also displayed in the castle is Queen Mary's Dolls' House, a masterpiece in miniature.
Head to Hampton Court Palace, one of the finest palaces in the world. Over 800 years of history can be explored through this magnificent palace, whose previous owners include Cardinal Wolsey, Henry VIII, and Elizabeth I. One of the most impressive sights is the Great Hall, England's last and greatest medieval hall. See its spectacular gardens, including the world's oldest maze, known for confusing and intriguing visitors with its many twists, turns, and dead ends, as well as the beautiful Privy Garden, restored to its 1702 glory.
