The itinerary

Day 01

Nairobi to Masai Mara via the Great Rift Valley

Meet the tour guide at 8:30 am at the Nairobi office for a journey south along the floor of the Great Rift Valley.
Stop for lunch at Narok and climb the western wall, entering Hemingway's country.
Pass through the Serengeti plains and arrive at the Masai Mara Game Reserve.
Set up camp or check in at the lodge for dinner.

Overnight stay at the camp.

Day 02

Full-Day Game Viewing in Masai Mara

Rise early in the morning and spend the full day game viewing across the rich, tree-studded grassland and hills.
Drive through the reserve's great herds of plains game to see black-maned lions, leopards, and cheetahs.
Look for elephants and other wild animals found in Kenya.

Dinner and overnight stay at the camp.
