Day by day
Take a morning shared charter flight from Arusha to Kigoma.
Meet on arrival and transfer by road to Kigoma Hilltop Hotel.
Continue by boat transfer to the lodge, where staff welcome you with introductions followed by lunch.
Go on an afternoon or early evening chimpanzee trek or enjoy a forest walk.
In the evening, enjoy sundowners, dinner, and an overnight stay at your lodge.
After breakfast, depart for the morning chimpanzee trek. Once the troops are spotted, spend one magical hour with them.
Return to the lodge for a hot lunch.
Spend the afternoon at leisure or perhaps enjoy some kayaking.
You may also book an optional boat safari.
Later, enjoy sundowners, dinner, and an overnight stay at your lodge.
After breakfast, take a morning dhow transfer to Kigoma and arrive at Kigoma Hilltop Hotel for a hot lunch.
Spend the afternoon at leisure, relaxing by the swimming pool or on the private beach.
You can also optionally book a tour to Ujiji or the Livingstone Memorial.
Dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Kigoma Airport for your flight to Arusha.
