Day 01

Kampala to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Fort Portal

  • After a wholesome breakfast at your accommodation, our guide will pick you up and drive you to Queen Elizabeth National Park via Fort Portal.
  • Upon arrival at the lodge, check in and relax. After a while, set out for an evening game drive that allows you to mingle with the wildlife before the sun goes down.
  • Return to the lodge.

Day 02

Kasenyi Game Drive and Kazinga Channel Boat Trip

  • Enjoy an early cup of hot tea or coffee before heading out to the Kasenyi sector of the park for a game drive, home to thousands of Ugandan kobs, lions, elephants, and more.
  • An afternoon boat trip on the Kazinga Channel will make the day even more memorable as you spot different species of birds gathering in one open space, along with endless sightings of crocodiles.
  • Late in the evening, drive through the channel track to see families of elephants and hippos coming out to feed.

Return to the lodge for an overnight stay.

Day 03

Morning Game Drive and Return to Kampala

  • After breakfast, the day will start with a morning game drive.
  • Drive back to Kampala.
  • Stop in Mbarara for lunch at the Igongo Cultural Centre, then continue to the Equator for a tea or coffee break and some souvenir shopping.
  • Reach Kampala or Entebbe in the evening.
  • Get transferred to the airport or your accommodation.
