Oh, the spices! They’ll make your nose do a happy dance. If you dare, try some local dishes. They’re like a party in your mouth, but sometimes, it’s a party with a surprise guest, like a super-spicy chili. Just remember, if your ears start smoking, you’ve probably had enough!
