The itinerary

Day 01

Arba Minch and Lake Chamo Boat Ride

In the morning, visit the town of Arba Minch, which means "forty springs" in the Amharic language.
In the afternoon, ride a boat on Lake Chamo to see the crocodile market and spot hippos.

Overnight at Arba Minch Tourist Hotel in Arba Minch.

Day 02

Journey to Turmi via Tsemai and Arbore Villages

After breakfast, depart from Arba Minch for Turmi.
On the way, pass through the village of Weyto, home to the Tsemai tribe.
Continue to Erbore for a brief visit to a local Arbore village.
Finally, proceed to Turmi, home of the Hamer tribe. At night, you can see the traditional dance ceremony of the Hamer tribe, known as Evangadi.

Day 03

Mursi Village Visit and Mago National Park

In the morning, drive through Mago National Park to a local village of the Mursi tribe. The Mursi are known for their lower lip and earlobe plates, which are quite popular on the internet.
In the afternoon, after returning to Jinka, you can visit the South Omo Museum & Research Center to learn more about the local tribes of Ethiopia.
Alternatively, take a hike in the surrounding hills to visit a local Ari village.

Day 04

Return to Arba Minch via Konso Village

Drive back from Jinka to Arba Minch.
Visit a traditional village of the Konso people en route.

Overnight at Arbaminch Tourist Hotel in Arba Minch.

Day 05

Nech Sar National Park and Grevy's Zebra

Visit the naturally gifted Nech Sar National Park, known for Grevy's zebras - a type of zebra that is taller, with long ears and narrow stripes.

End of the tour.
