The itinerary

Day 01

Pickup in Medan and Transfer to Samosir Island

• Pick up at KNO Airport or any location in Medan, then drive to Parapat to take a boat to your hotel in Tuk-tuk village on Samosir Island. The drive takes approximately 6 hours.

Day 02

Cultural Tour of Samosir Island

• Have breakfast at the hotel before visiting Ambarita village, where you will see the traditional Batak house at Huta Siallagan.

• Continue to Tomok village.

• See the Stone Grave of Raja Sidabutar, believed to be the first person who came to Samosir Island.

• Watch a Sigale-gale dancer performance. This wooden statue is a puppet used in funeral dances.

Day 03

Return to Medan via Highland Views and Waterfall

• After breakfast, check out from the hotel and return to Medan on a long drive.

• On the way, visit the Tele highland, Tongging, and Sipiso-piso waterfall.
