3-Day Kutai National Park Orangutan Trek with Night Wildlife Walks

It takes around 4 hours to travel from Samarinda Bus Station to Sangatta Bus Station, and then continue to the Sangatta harbour area by shuttle car.

• Travel by motorized canoe to Kutai National Park for around 15 minutes.

• After arriving at the camp, drop your luggage in the room. Then you can go مباشرة for the first trek, or begin trekking after lunch in the afternoon, followed by a dinner break before heading out for a night trek. The maximum is three treks per day.

• Go on a morning trek with your Indonesian guide and ranger in the national park.

• After lunch at midday, continue trekking into the late afternoon.

• Have dinner before proceeding on a night trek as well.

• Leave the national park after breakfast.

• Return to the harbour area in Sangatta by canoe, take a shuttle car to Sangatta Bus Station, and continue to Samarinda Bus Station.
