Pick up from the hotel at 4:30 am and drive to District 4.
Visit Street 41, also known for Banh Xeo, and savour a Vietnamese crepe with shrimp, pork, and vegetables.
Travel to District 7 and stop on Tran Xuan Soan Street to try the delicacies of the floating market.
Proceed to Phu My Hung, or Korean Town, home to a majority of Asian expats, to try its local street food.
Drive to District 8 to try some delectable BBQ. Choose from a variety of grilled shrimp, goat breast, okra, and frogs, washing it down with beer or a soft drink.
Continue to Chinatown to see Ho Thi Ky flower market, situated between District 5 and District 10, and try its local street foods.
Head to To Hien Thanh Street and try the famous Trai Cay To, a bowl of fruit and yoghurt.
