Blue Grotto Sea Caves and Marsaxlokk Village
Begin with a visit to the natural inlet of Wied Iz Zurrieq, a village where there will be a possibility, weather permitting, of enjoying a traditional boat trip to the Blue Grotto to see the sea caves there.
These caves are famous for the extraordinary sea reflections within the cave area. Many fishermen use this natural inlet as their harbour and go out fishing from here. There are several boathouses in the area, and over time, several restaurants and bars have flourished here.
Proceed to Marsaxlokk, a small fishing village famous for its market and the surrounding restaurants.
