Day 01

Cooking workshop with an exceptional chef

Cooking classes start at 9am with an appointment at the Cuisine Centr'Halles located inside the Les Halles d'Avignon market. We start with a visit to the Market to talk about local products, taste and above all create our menu together. We will choose our ingredients and develop our menu, then return to the kitchen for our class and prepare our lunch. Lunch is included and consists of the menu we have prepared, water, wine and coffee. The full event ends at 1:30 pm.

How To Find Us:

To find our restaurant Cuisine Centr'Halles inside the Les Halles market: The address of the market is 18 Place Pie, 84000 Avignon.

- Arriving by car, you will pass a road barrier on the Rue Thiers. If it is raised, simply advance to the barrier and push the button outside of the drivers window to access the market. Once the market is on your left, follow up the ramp to park in the Les Halles parking lot above the market. Then simply go down to ground level via the elevators or stairs and we are just inside the doors on your right.
- If arriving by foot; enter the market via the main doors which give on to the Place Pie (underneath the green vegetation wall), follow the central aisle to the opposite end of the market and we are located on the right, just behind the Panissain bakery.
