Day 01
Mindo Cloud Forest, Butterflies, Chocolate, and Optional Zip-Line
In the morning, get picked up from the hotel by your Mindo tour guide.
Head towards Mindo, one of the most visited cloud forests in Ecuador.
Arrive in town and visit a wonderful spot to admire many species of hummingbirds.
The next stop is a butterfly garden, where you will see the four stages of the butterfly life cycle, surrounded by 1,200 colorful butterflies at the same time.
Proceed to the artisan chocolate factory and have the opportunity to learn the process of producing delicious, pure chocolate from the cacao bean.
A delicious optional lunch can be served at a local restaurant.
Enjoy an optional canopy zip-line experience.
Return to Quito.
