Description
Visit a traditional Bishnoi family in villages near Jodhpur on a 6-hour tour. Meet weavers, potters, shepherds, and other local villagers to learn how they protect and conserve wildlife. Eat some good home-cooked Rajasthani traditional meal in the village with the Rajasthani family.

Day 1 : Visit Bishnoi Villages
Pickup from the hotel from anywhere in Jodhpur. The tour starts in the morning between 6 to 10 Am. Drive-by open jeep for about 25-30 minutes and enter the first Bishnoi village and meet the local family.
Enjoy Indian masala chai (tea) at Bishnoi house. Explore the village and see how to make opium ceremonies during weddings, festivals for welcoming guests.
Later, drive in the forest area and find wild animals like antelope, blackbuck, jackal, mongoose, peacock, and spot some birds at a natural park.
Continue with the tour to reach the shepherd (cattle farmer) family.
In another village, see art & craft from a local family like Dhurrie weaving, block print, and potteries.
Finally, enjoy Rajasthani lunch/dinner with the local family. Return to the hotel in Jodhpur.
