Itinerary

Day 1: Hoper to Barpo
- Cross the glacier and lunch at Shiskin. It takes 4 hours to reach lunch.
- Later, hike to Baricho core camp at 3300m.
- Day 1 is comfortable but quite lengthy, with a 5-hour hike in Barpo Osis, a flat area with junipers and wild roses during summer.

Day 2 - Baricho Chor to Chidin Hara
- It is a steep day with no water. Fill your bottles and keep hiking for 5 hours to camp.
- Here you can view Hunza Nagar mountains and valleys, and enjoy night sky star watching. It takes a 4-hour step hike.

Day 3 - Chidin Hara to Rush Lake
- Here is the main camp, Alpine Lake, full of mountains. It is a scenic spot of Hunza Shimshal and Hoper Hisper peaks. It takes 2 hours to reach Rush Lake.

Day 4 - Rush Lake to Phi Phari
- A descending hike takes two hours through a forest beside the glacier of Miar and Barpo, followed by a bonfire.

Day 5 - Phi Pahri to Hamder
- The most amazing part of the trek. Hike Miar's crispy walk glacier for 5 hours to Hamdar Meadows and camp here in front of Golden Peak near Miar glacier.
- The next day, return to Hoper Valley.
