Day 01

Seven Rila Lakes Hike and Sapareva Banya Visit

Pick up from your hotel in Sofia for a wonderful journey into the Rila Mountains.
Arrive at Pionerska Hut and travel to Rila Lakes Hut, situated above the tree line of Rila Mountains National Park.
Visit Ribnovo (The Fish), Trilistnik (The Trefoil), and Bliznaka (The Twin) lakes.
Arrive at Bubreka (The Kidney) Lake.
Continue uphill, passing Okoto (The Eye) Lake, and arrive at the Lakes' Peak, which offers a great panorama of all the Rila Lakes.
Descend to Pionerska Hut.
Travel to Sapareva Banya SPA resort, famous for one of the hottest thermal springs in Europe at 103°C.

Return to your hotel in Sofia.
